Shipping Methods
We currently offer the following shipping method within the UK:

– Royal Mail Second Class (UK Only)

Shipping Fees
We provide a flat-rate shipping fee for simplicity and transparency:

– Flat Rate Shipping: £4.50 for all orders.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your order promptly to ensure timely delivery. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class, with the following estimated delivery time:

– Royal Mail Second Class: 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as postal strikes or extreme weather conditions.

Order Processing Time
We process and dispatch orders on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next working day.

– Processing Time: 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracking Information
At this time, we do not offer tracking for Royal Mail Second Class shipments. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please feel free to contact us at hello@edenandearth.co.uk, and we will assist you in resolving any issues.

International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK and do not ship internationally.

Missed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the post office, we will notify you by email. You may opt to have the package re-shipped (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund.
