Bioresonance hair testing, often referred to as HMAT, is a non invasive way of gaining a deeper insight into what’s going on in your body over time. Hair holds information, so rather than being a one moment snapshot, it can reflect patterns, exposures and imbalances your body has experienced. It’s about stepping back and seeing the bigger picture, not just guessing.

What does it test for?

Our Eden&Earth test looks at over 1150 items, giving you a wide and detailed overview of what may be affecting you. This includes food sensitivities, non food and environmental triggers, E numbers and additives, vitamins and minerals, metal sensitivities, gut biome insights, digestive health and hormone patterns. It’s not just one area, it’s everything working together.

- 2 Post your hair sample (5-6 strands in a sealable bag) with your completed form
- 3 Your results arrive by email — allow 5-10 working days from when the lab receives your sample.
