Eden & Earth began with a simple wish — to bring wellbeing back to its roots. Real ingredients, made honestly, for the whole family. No clever marketing, no long words you need a dictionary for; just clean, considered things we would happily give the people we love.
Back to your roots
We started because so much of the wellness world felt loud, clinical and a little bit cold. We wanted the opposite: warm, grounded and genuinely kind — to your body and to the earth it came from. Everything in our range earns its place. If we would not use it ourselves, it does not make the shelf.

Eden & Earth grew out of my own search for gentle, honest wellbeing for me and my family — things I’d actually feel good giving the people I love. I read every label so you don’t have to, and I’m always at the other end of an email.

We make food supplements and kind-to-skin essentials — not medicines. We will always talk about how our ingredients are traditionally used and how they might support your day, and we will never promise to treat or cure a thing. That honesty is the whole point of us.
