Everything you need to know about getting your order — and sending it back if it is not right.

Delivery

We post UK orders within one to two working days.
Delivery is free on UK orders over £50. Under that, a small flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return unopened items in a resaleable condition for a refund. Email hello@edenandearth.co.uk and we will talk you through it. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements and skincare cannot be returned unless faulty — this does not affect your statutory rights.
